Shameless plug

If you are anywhere near LA in the next two weeks and are a fan of independent films do yourself a favor and get tickets to attend the 7th annual Silverlake Film Festival. It starts tomorrow night and runs though May 12th. If you attend tomorrow night you can see "Fay Grim" - the latest feature by Cannes Film Festival winning filmmaker Hal Hartley and starring Parker Posey. Both will be on hand to accept Spirit of Silver Lake Awards and lead a Q and A session after the screening. I am flying to LA Sunday to catch part of the festival after my Cinco de Mayo party on Saturday. Why the plug? Other than being a huge fan of independent films Dark is on the board of directors of the festival of course. So go, buy, attend, support, and enjoy. See you there.
